As the World around us is adapting to combat the threat of Covid-19, I wanted to let you know what Shoes For Crews (Europe) is doing as a business to ensure we service you our customers and to help keep our colleagues safe. As a European Business we are committed to following official guidance from all the local governments, ensuring all of our policies and procedures reflect the best available information and advice.

This week, we made the decision for our Head Office teams, based in Shannon, Ireland, to work remotely and to implement our Business Continuity Programme. As of today, 18th March, all our Head Office staff are working from home – Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations and our Business Support Team. Our regional sales teams, based in Ireland, UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands are also working from home and are available to support you and answer all your inquiries. All departments are able to function remotely with hardware and software in place to ensure the smooth, continuous operation of daily working life, albeit in a very different setting.

Our European distribution centre in Venlo, Netherlands, remains open and continues through our logistics partners, to fulfil orders received. We are working closely with Geodis, our Warehouse Partner, and monitoring and adhering to official guidance which is being updated daily around shipments to the twenty five plus countries that we are currently supplying in Europe.

“Shoes For Crews Europe remains open for business and is here to support you our customers”. Our phone lines are open, our retail and B2B websites remain operational, orders will be processed and emails will be answered – our team is here to help you!

Due to different government responses across Europe to Covid-19, not all of our customers are currently open for business. To you, we offer our best wishes at this challenging time and assure you that when you are ready to operate once again we will be here to support you as best we can.

Hoping you all remain healthy and safe.

Best Wishes,
Glyn Billinghurst

Managing Director
